In order for the introduction of technology to produce ‘technical change’ and innovation in the business world take a few conditions:

- The ability of SMEs to absorb, adopt and implement new technology in business.

- The compatibility of technologies (specifications, prices, the level of complexity) to the needs and capabilities of existing SMEs.

- Availability of relevant technical support and quality to the learning process in using the new technology.
